These Terms govern your use of Save Words, provided by . By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Save Words is a vocabulary and word-memory tool that can generate AI-assisted explanations, save words, attach personal notes and source details, organize words in collections, and provide optional Premium limits through Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share authentication tokens or attempt to access another person’s account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use Save Words to break the law, infringe rights, submit malicious or sensitive content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected systems, or misuse AI and store-provider integrations.

AI-generated content

Word explanations are generated with automated systems and can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular context. Save Words does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently and use your own judgment.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium may be offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The store purchase screen shows the current price, currency, billing period, and any available trial before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Unless canceled, a subscription renews according to the store terms. Manage or cancel it in the store account used for purchase before the renewal deadline shown by that store.

Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple or Google under their applicable policies. Save Words cannot directly issue a store-managed refund. If Premium ends, the account returns to free limits; existing saved words, notes, favorites, and collections remain available subject to these Terms.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in personal notes and source details you add. You give Save Words permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

Intellectual property

Save Words, its software, branding, interface, and service materials are owned by the provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Save Words available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features can change as the service, providers, laws, and security requirements evolve. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.

Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion in the app or through the web deletion flow. Deletion is permanent and does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every need or that generated content will be correct. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
